Our story
Our founder, Trevor Johnson, is a seasoned property manager who works with clients to provide a wide range of services to improve their residential or commercial landscapes.
Trevor understands that clients have individual needs and preferences and works diligently to satisfy each customer. He does so by drawing on 20-plus years of groundskeeping experience and by ensuring clear, open communication.
Trevor maintained a 60-acre equestrian estate for over two decades while simultaneously managing the Golf Learning Center and Practice Park in Cumberland, ME, for 10 of those years.
Trevor attended UMass Amherst in a specialized turf management program and received a certificate in 2002.
Johnson’s Property Services is a culmination of Trevor’s hard work and commitment to his clients throughout the Cumberland County area.
